With 33 years experience as a real estate professional, Becki has continuously differentiated herself through education and using her practical experiences.
In 1989 Becki was the recipient of the “Woman of the Year Award” through her local chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors® and 1990-1992 she received the “Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) Agent of the Year Award” from the Builder’s Association of Metro Augusta.
From 1979-1998 Becki actively sold residential real estate, with her best year being 1992. She was awarded the “President’s Circle of Excellence Award” recognizing her for 152 closed sides, ranking her #3 nationally in the Better Homes and Gardens Franchise.
She served as a Governor for Georgia Realtor® Institute from 1994-1997 and then again from 2000-2006 committing approximately 12 days per year, giving back to an industry she loves. Becki has served on numerous Committees as an Officer and Local Director for the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors® as well as Association President in 2002.
In 1998 she became the Broker/Owner of her company, Sherman and Hemstreet/GMAC which she sold in 2008 merging the two oldest companies in the Augusta Central Savannah Area. Becki was the Director of Training for Blanchard and Calhoun from January 2008-September 2010.
September of 2010 she move to Savannah, Georgia and was the Team Leader of Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners until returning to her long time home of Augusta in September of 2011. From then until present, Becki is listing and selling real estate and considers sales the very core of the industry and a part of the industry she has always loved.
